Cancel Membership & Refund

Not everyone loves ScrapHappy and we understand that, but we are so happy you gave us a shot.

 

If you're just looking to stop being a member in the future follow these steps: Turn Off Auto Renewal / Managing Your Subscription

 

Here's how to get your refund

  1. For Subscriptions (Membership) First Cancel your subscription by following these steps: Turn Off Auto Renewal / Managing Your Subscription
  2. From the ScrapHappy Shop click “My Account” in the menu.
  3. Then click “Orders” in the side menu
  4. Find the order you want to get an item refunded & click the “Refund” button next to the “View” button
    1. The refund button is only available for the the first 30 days

Fill out the refund request, then submit the request.

 

You should have your refund within 10 business days in most cases. However in some cases refunds can take longer, please read our Terms and Conditions for more info.
