IF You Have Two "Active" Subscriptions on the same account
- Follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund
IF You have two Accounts & Each one has a subscription
Each account will be using its own email address.
- IF you are able to login to both accounts
- On your New (unused) account follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund
- Then use your Old account like normal
- IF you can't login to either or both accounts
- Follow: How to Find & Recover a Lost account
- IF that works, on your New (unused) account follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund
- Then use your Old account like normal
